Check Your Order Status
When an order is placed, we will email you with a confirmation of the order showing the items ordered and the total cost including any applicable shipping charges.
When an item ships, we will send email updates regarding the status of the order. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Order Status Online
If you have set up an account with WinecoolerMart, to view the status of an order online, you can log in to your account and click on your name in the 'Logged in as...' link in the top right corner of the page to see the status of your order.
There are a few ways to track a shipped item.
- You can track the shipment using the tracking number provided to you directly on the shipper’s website
- You can enter the tracking number on our website using this page to track the item.
- If you have an account on this website, you can log in to your account and click on your name in the 'Logged in as ...' link at the top right hand corner which will bring you to the 'My Account' page. You can then click on the order number on this page which will display the tracking information for that order.
- Tracking information for packages shipped via freight may not be available for up to 48 hours after tracking information is sen
- Tracking information will be available only after an item has shipped to you.
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent activities, we may contact you to verify your order and billing information. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed.
