Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within the first 30 days after delivery. To return an item, please call us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you are thinking about making a purchase or returning an item, just remember the following:

    • You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
    • All returns must include original packing and all included accessories and materials.
    • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will be provided to you by a customer service representative when you schedule your return.

     

    Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    A 15% restocking fee will be applied to applicable items. All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right to adjust the refund depending on the condition of the product returned.

     

    Damaged shipments

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to care@winecoolermart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
