Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Expected delivery dates are displayed on the product pages. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of ordering. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
Once an order is received, it is processed and sent to one or more of our warehouses depending on the type number of items ordered. Order processing (includes credit card authorization and verification) can take anywhere between 2 – 5 business days from the date of your order.
The information is then sent to the shipping company to pick up the items from the warehouse(s). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
We strive to process all orders promptly. However, some products do ship more quickly than others due to order volume, inventory status and the efficiency of the warehouse shipping the item. If an item is not in stock, then you will be contacted with your options.
The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx.
What are Delivery Times?
All items are shipped via ground transit, unless requested otherwise. Ground shipments usually take about 5 – 7 business days to reach the destination.
Why your order may arrive in two or more packages?
Depending on the number of items in an order and for the purposes of efficiency, we may need to ship an order in multiple shipments. Our shipping charges, if applicable, will apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
